Entrepreneurial failure is probably a subject that is not well understood. This might have to do with the methodological difficulties of screening out failed entrepreneurs. In this thesis a tool is developed for analyzing supposed entrepreneurial failure. In this model entrepreneurs are surrounded by different Stake holders. By using the failure deconstruction model to analyze my own entrepreneurial effort I find that it has neither been a successful project nor a disastrous one.

We would like to gain a more in depth knowledge of whether the modern orientations both within corporate governance and control philosophy lay the foundation for enterprises? more sustainable success. These both modern orientations are increasingly focusing on the importance of enterprises? setting of goals and visions on the basis of Stake holders? interests and the employees? more active engagement in and motivation for the goal achievement. The surface finishing technique called black oxidation is currently being used on thetool holders made of low alloyed tool steel produced by Sandvik Coromant. Blackoxidation isn?t considered a sufficient technique because it doesn?t make the toolholders look like the quality products that they actually are. The reasoning behind thisis that the tool holders can show signs of corrosion after prolonged storing times orin countries with high humidity and temperature. The corrosion doesn?t decrease thetool holders performance, but the customers might believe otherwise.

This study investigates the relationship strategies the group Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification holder has with the forest owners. The (FSC) standard enables an organization to manage a group of forest management units under a single certificate, a process referred to as group certification. Some certificate holders want a close relationship with the forest owner before they are offered to become part of their certificate. Other certificate holders have less strict demands on a close relationship with the forest owner before they are offered to become part of their certificate. An interview study of horsemanship has been conducted in the community of Ängelholm. The study is part of a larger project, where a further four students who are writing their thesis? have conducted interviews in Lerum, Hässleholm, Nyköping and Enköping, a total of 52 horse holders in 5 different communities. The collective results are summarised in "Hur hålls hästarna i Sverige och vilka är motiven" by Catharina Svala. The purpose of this larger report has been to examine why Swedish horsemanship is the way it is today through communication with the various horse holders.

In the years 1996-2001 the European Union`s copyright-directive was drawn up. This directive led to much lobbying activities from both copyright holders and library organisations like EBLIDA and IFLA. The Internet and filesharing networks like Napster had led to strong reactions among some copyright holders. Internet gave people an easy opportunity of accessing copyright protected material. Some researchers of copyright have written books where they state that the copyright holders utilize authors fear of illegal copying to strengthen the copyright laws, and by that benefit economical.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka försvarsmaktlärares uppfattning omrelationen mellan kursernas examinationsform och faktorer som har med destuderandes lärande att göra. Studien hade dessutom som syfte att undersöka omdet finns några betydande skillnader i uppfattning mellan skolor med olikakaraktär i form av generalist- eller specialistinriktning på utbildningen.Konstruktionen av empirisk data har möjliggjorts genom att vi har intervjuatlärare från två olika skolor, dels Militärhögskolan i Halmstad (MHS H) delsFörsvarsmaktens tekniska skola (FMTS).För att kunna tolka vårt resultat har vi använt oss av två referensramar. Det ärMarton och Booth teoretiska referensram om lärandet samt Biggs teorier omkonstruktiv gruppering av de faktorer som främjar lärandet. Resultatet pekar påatt det är av betydelse för de studerandes lärande att lärarna gör medvetna val föratt examinationen skall vara ett stöd i lärandet och inte enbart enkontrollfunktion. Vidare kan vi konstatera att det inte föreligger några skillnaderi uppfattning om examinationens vikt för lärandet utan skillnaden ligger iuppfattning om i vilken grad man faktiskt har möjlighet att realisera sina planermed hänsyn taget till de ramfaktorer som styr planeringen av den genomfördautbildningen..

Små skyltar, ofta i plåt med texten ?Vårdas av kyrkogårdsförvaltningen? finns på var ochvarannan kyrkogård runt om i landet. De visar att gravrättsinnehavaren till denna gravplatsvalt att betala för att få hjälp med skötseln. Denna studie syftar till att finna faktorer till enförståelse för vad det är som gör dessa kunder nöjda och hur tjänsten gravskötsel ska kunnautvecklas i framtiden.Undersökningen består av personliga intervjuer med personal vid kyrkogårdsförvaltningen iLandskrona och Malmö och en säljare vid Mäster Grön, en genomgång av sexkyrkogårdsförvaltningars hemsidor samt telefonintervjuer med 14 gravrättsinnehavare.Resultatet visar att graven ska vara välskött, de gravrättsinnehavare som mötts av ogräs är intenöjda med tjänsten. Personalens bemötande betyder också en del för hur nöjda kunderna ärliksom att majoriteten anser att priset är rimligt för tjänsten.Intresset för utvecklingen av gravskötsel och dess miljöpåverkan verkar mest ligga hospersonalen på kyrkogårdsförvaltningen och leverantörer av växter.

This thesis includes a mechanical engineering design work performed incollaboration between ÅF and Halmstad University. The work is done by FredyOlsson?s methods of Principle- and Primary Construction and David Ullman?stheories of Design for Assembly.The group was commissioned by ÅF to produce a concept to narrow down theassembly time of today?s luggage doors by reducing the numbers of adjustmentoptions. They also wanted it to be easier to mount the assembly by making itpossible to adjust the door in a closed position. Today luggage door takes, with its10 adjustment possibilities, around 4 hours each to assemble and ÅF wanted anassembly time around 10 minutes per door.Initially a preliminary study was made where the group began reviewing today'sconstruction and mounting of rails and doors on buses.
